Terms of service.

By booking or paying for a service/product, you agree to the terms below.

Payments

  • Orders under £500: full payment upfront.

  • Orders over £500: 50% non-refundable deposit to book, balance due before files are delivered/printed.

  • No work starts until payment is received.

  • Prices may change, but once booked your price is secure.

  • Custom design services cannot be booked using discount codes.

Revisions

  • Each package includes a set number of minor revisions (e.g. spelling/grammar fixes, small tweaks).

  • Major design changes are not included.

Proofing & Printing

  • We use the exact wording you provide, please check spelling and grammar carefully.

  • A proof will be sent for approval before printing.

Files & Formats

  • Digital files are supplied as JPG/PDF, suitable for standard digital printing (not letterpress or other specialist printing).

Delivery

  • Digital files: sent by email after final payment.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs are for personal use only.

  • Copyright always remains with Theresa Paperie.

  • Client materials supplied must not infringe copyright or trademarks.

Marketing

  • We may share images of your stationery for portfolio/marketing (personal details such as addresses will never be shown). Let us know if you’d prefer we didn’t.

Timelines

  • Project timelines depend on your timely feedback and approvals. Delays in responses may extend the process.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable.

  • If we cannot complete your order (e.g. due to illness), a full or partial refund will be given.
